Benoît Schultz was appointed Chief Procurement Officer of Airbus as of October 1st, 2025. Since September 2021, he has been in the role of Chief Executive Officer, Airbus Canada Limited Partnership.
Mr. Schultz joined Airbus in 2002, first in Engineering, where he contributed to the transnational integration of the Airbus Design Office. He then held different leadership positions in Finance before joining Airbus Procurement in 2012.
In 2015 he became Vice President Procurement Seats and Electronics and contributed to the A350 XWB Programme ramp-up.
In September 2016, he was appointed Senior Vice President Procurement Systems, Equipment and Services. In 2018, his responsibility was extended to include the strategic and commercial procurement of the A220 aircraft systems, a mission he retained until his
nomination as the head of Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, Quebec.
Prior to joining Airbus, Mr. Schultz started as a systems engineer for the Aeroconseil Group, supporting the Airbus A330 and A340 aircraft families. He then moved to Fairchild Dornier in Germany, where he served as a programme manager and cost controller on the 328, 328JET and 728JET programmes.
Mr. Schultz holds a degree in Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Constructions Aéronautiques (ENSICA) and received a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Economics of Transportation, Aeronautics and Space in Toulouse, France.

Pascal ANDREI has a French state PhD degree in Competitive Intelligence & Security from Paris University after a Mathematics and Physics Masters.
He started his career at AEROSPATIALE in 1993 as head of Competitive Intelligence before leading e-business activities in Munich for EADS headquarters.
He created and led Aircraft Security within Airbus before becoming Chief Product Security Officer and Executive Expert for all Airbus divisions overseeing all Airbus products (aircraft, helicopters, satellites, launchers...).
Pascal ANDREI is currently Airbus SVP Head of Security, with a direct report to Airbus CEO, leading all Security activities globally for Airbus companywide, covering Cybersecurity and Physical Security of all assets as well as Crisis Management .
He plays a very active role in international cooperative efforts to guarantee a holistic and proactive approach to security called the ‘Security Continuum’, in order to enhance security of the overall aerospace and defence industry.
For his contribution to the overall security, he was nominated personality of the year in 2015 by the Air Transportation System Security community in Dubaï.
He is a reservist of the “GIGN”, the elite police tactical unit of the French National Gendarmerie and was appointed N°1 honorary GIGN team member.

Philippe Mhun was appointed Executive Vice President Programmes & Services for Airbus, in January 2019, and is a member of the Company’s Executive Committee. He is responsible for all current commercial aircraft programmes (A220, A320Family, A330, A350), as well as for their Support and Services activities, and is leading the Future Programmes organisation since January 2024. In his previous role as Head of Customer Services since October 2016, Philippe Mhun was responsible for all Airbus Support and Services activities including the supervision of the Services Business Unit and affiliated subsidiaries, such as Satair, Navblue and Sepang. Prior to this assignment, Philippe was Senior Vice President Procurement for Equipment, Systems and Support, a position he held since 2013. Philippe joined Airbus in November 2004 as Vice President A380 Programme within Customer Services to prepare and support the A380 entry-into-service. He then became Vice President Programmes in Airbus Customer Services leading Single Aisle, Long Range, Widebody, A380 and A350 Programmes together with e-Operations and Supplier Support activities. Before joining Airbus, Philippe held various positions within UTA and Air France, starting as a Structure Engineer for Boeing 747 at UTA all the way up to becoming the Head of Long-Haul Fleet Engineering and Maintenance in Air France. In 1999, he was appointed Vice President Contracts and Pricing worldwide while retaining leadership of the Leasing Markets Division and in 2003 he also became the Deputy Head of Commercial.
